Prof. Dr. V.BALAJI has 14 years of teaching experience. Now he is working as a Associate Professor in the school of   Electrical Engineering, Bahir Dar University Ethiopia.  His current areas of research are model predictive control, process control, and Fuzzy and Neural Networks. He has received world greatest teacher award from VPGR institute of Technology . He got various cash awards for producing 100% and 95% from DCE Chennai. He has published 42 research papers in national and international journals and conferences. Published two textbooks in the field of electrical engineering. balaji.xvu.in website was created by him and study materials in the field of electrical and electronics engineering were uploaded. He is serving as a external supervisor in various Deemed universities and also guiding eight research scholars in the field of electrical and electronics and computer science engineering. He is an active member of ISTE, IAENG, IAOE, IACSIT, FMIAEME, LMIAOE, LM IACSIT, SMIRED, MIIRJC. . He is also serving as an Chief Editor, Associate editor, editorial board member and reviewer in the reputed national and international journals and conferences.
